Cox Private Networks partnered with the City of Las Vegas to enhance public safety and deployed a private wireless network solution in Downtown Las Vegas covering eight city blocks in the popular Fremont Street area. The solution powers video cameras and real-time data analytics to improve safety and security, while providing the foundation for even more smart city applications in the future.

Cox Private Networks partnered with Manheim to deploy a hybrid private/public cellular network at auto action locations nationwide to provide full, consistent coverage across the large, expansive auction lots. The private network provides seamless coverage to employees walking throughout the auction lots as they access critical, operational applications on tablets and other devices. The network design also allows for public cellular redundancy and roaming within a singular network deployment.
